This summary is for convenience only. The full text below is what applies.
1. About these Terms
Brahm RX (the "Service"), available at https://rx.brahmhomeopathy.com and through our installable app, is operated by Brahm InnerBrain Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), working with Brahm Homeopathy. "You" means the clinic, practitioner or staff member using the Service.
By creating an account, buying a plan or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Medical Disclaimer, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that clinic.
2. The Service
Brahm RX is a web-based clinical decision-support and practice tool. It includes:
- a guided acute and chronic question funnel that ranks possible homeopathic remedies from the answers entered;
- patient records, case history, prescriptions, follow-up dates and fee tracking;
- clinic accounts with multiple users, plans, invoices and payments;
- optional explanatory ("Samjhao") content for learning.
The Service supports professional judgement; it does not replace it. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Please read the Medical Disclaimer.
3. Who may use Brahm RX
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
- The prescriber is intended for registered homeopathic practitioners and for clinic staff acting under their supervision. It is not intended for self-diagnosis or self-treatment by patients or the public.
- You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
4. Accounts, devices and security
- One person, one login. Do not share your credentials. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Single active device. To prevent account sharing, an account can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs out the previous one. The number of device changes may be limited; when the limit is exceeded the account may be locked until an administrator reviews it. A verification code may be sent to your email when you sign in from a new device.
- Two-factor authentication is available and we recommend turning it on.
- Tell us promptly at info@brahmhomeo.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- Clinic administrators are responsible for adding, removing and supervising the users of their clinic.
5. Plans, searches and payments
- Trial. New clinics may start on a free trial plan with a limited number of searches. We may change or withdraw the trial at any time.
- Paid plans. Plans, prices, billing periods (monthly, yearly or one-time "lifetime") and search limits are shown on the plan page at the time of purchase. Prices are in Indian Rupees; GST and other applicable taxes are added as shown on your invoice.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- No automatic renewal. Plans are not charged automatically. To continue after expiry you renew manually. Renewing the same plan before it expires adds the new period to your current end date. Switching to a different plan starts the new plan from the payment date, and any time remaining on the previous plan ends.
- Searches. Each completed prescriber result counts as one search. Unused searches do not carry forward; a renewal or upgrade starts a fresh allowance. Plans marked "monthly" reset their allowance each month.
- Expiry. When a paid plan expires, new searches are paused until you renew. Your existing patient records remain available to view.
- "Lifetime" plans give access for as long as we continue to operate the Service, subject to these Terms. They are not tied to the lifetime of a person or clinic.
- Price changes. We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
- Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Clinical responsibility
Remedy rankings, explanations, safety alerts and all other content are aids to a qualified practitioner. The practitioner remains solely responsible for case-taking, examination, diagnosis, the choice of remedy, potency, dose and repetition, referral, and follow-up, and for complying with the laws and professional regulations that govern their practice. Full details are in the Medical Disclaimer.
7. Patient data and your obligations
When you record information about patients in the Service, you (the clinic) decide what is recorded and why. You agree to:
- inform patients and obtain any consent required by law before recording their personal and health information;
- record only information that is accurate and necessary for their care;
- keep that information confidential and allow access only to authorised clinic staff;
- respond to patients' requests to access, correct or delete their information;
- comply with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as they apply to you.
We process patient records on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Each clinic's records are kept separate from every other clinic's.
8. Acceptable use

The Service may also link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites or content, or for any loss arising from your use of them.
11. Availability and changes to the Service
- We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Maintenance, updates and events outside our control may cause interruptions.
- We may add, change or remove features, questions, remedies and content, and may change how remedies are ranked.

12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. 13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- neither we nor our directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors or licensors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or related to the Service;
- we are not liable for any clinical decision, prescription, treatment or outcome, or for any harm to any patient, which remain the responsibility of the treating practitioner;
- our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law, your clinical decisions or treatment of patients, or data you recorded without a lawful basis.
15. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account.
- We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, misuse the Service, or if the law requires it. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
- When you close your account you may ask us, by email, for a copy of your clinic's records. Records are then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 9, 12, 13, 14 and 17) continue to apply.
16. General
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the extent possible and the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies they refer to are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service, replacing any earlier understanding.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale.
